Autumn Term 2018

Hello and welcome to the Autumn Term 2018!

I hope you have all had a great Summer. We are now back in the swing of things with a slightly adjusted Saturday afternoon timetable and some new assistant teachers/helpers as I prepare to take a short maternity break as my first baby is due at the start of November.

We have Miss Laura assisting and teaching on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons, Miss Danielle and Miss Lucy on Saturday mornings with Miss Danielle also looking after the Adult Tap class for me and senior pupil, Hannah, is our Dancexercise assistant. All of who are currently learning the ropes (whilst I supervise) in preparation for my short break. I intend to be at classes for as long as I can and therefore return when as soon as it is possible for me to do so. Thanks in advance to Laura, Dani, Lucy and Hannah for keeping the ship afloat! Singing lessons will continue all being well up to half term before a short break.

Our Summer Showcase held in July was very successful and I look forward to be able to return to Earlsdon Park Village for future events. Pupil, Lauren D is actually organising a fundraiser at the venue to raise funds towards YOG's production of Joseph in November. It is on Saturday 22nd September at 8pm - be sure to support! Joseph runs at the Albany Theatre from 7-10 November and tickets are on sale now.

Miss Laura will perform in Grease! in Stratford during the last week of November so make sure you get your tickets now and support her in this 'electrifying' show. Please note there will be no classes on Wednesday 28 Nov and Saturday 1 Dec because of Laura's pre-commitment to this show. We have lots of other pupils preparing for school shows and auditioning for productions this term so we wish you well!

End of term - currently will be week commencing 17 December 2018 (numbers dependant - we will check how many people can attend the last week of lessons and inform you of any changes)
